Welcome to Hale Lanui, a 4 bedroom, 3 bath luxurious, contemporary home, with magnificent ocean view and private swimming pool, Jacuzzi and gas barbecue. This newly remodeled home sleeps 8 comfortably and can be expanded to accommodate 10 using the 2 sofa beds.  We are located next to the well known Kalama Park.  Hale Lanui is minutes from the Cove Park for surfing and the famous Kamaole Beaches for ocean swimming. You enjoy the quiet of a residential street but can walk easily to restaurants, groceries and the Aloha Market Place.

Hale Lanui is a non-smoking home. There are king size beds in two of the bedrooms and long boy twins in the other two bedrooms.  There are 2 sofa sleepers in the house also.  All of the beds, including the sofa beds were replaced in 2005. 

The entire house was remodeled in 2006. New furniture was purchased at that time and the kitchen has new counter tops and all new appliances, including 2 washers and 2 dryers.  2 bedrooms are downstairs and 2 upstairs. The living areas view toward the ocean.   Long distance phone calls to the mainland and wireless high speed Internet available at no charge.

The private backyard has a swimming pool, hot tub Jacuzzi and a water feature.  There are lots of chaise lounges and tables and chairs for outdoor dining and lounging.  Free tennis courts next door in the park.

Upstairs in the game room there is a TV with DVD along with a pool table for those spirited games of competition. The upstairs enjoys a wrap around deck that offers a magnificent view of the ocean.
